Complaining about bad things has improved and changed a lot for the better: look at EA and other publishers - they're slowly paying the price for their game-politics and 2K/Visual Concepts will, too - unless they change. Basically every gaming-mag has downgraded the game and the company for various reasons. The principle? you gave NBA Scout a concrete but useless way to report cheaters - not a principle.Ĭomplaining about something in public and spreading the word is way more effective than dropping mail into a dead mail box while keeping things quiet. Our cheater-list/naming-and-shaming might not have been the most gentleman thing to do but it was at least a bit effective and it DOES MATTER for how long a bad situation has been going on: the longer the worse. Keeping on doing a pointless thing won't improve anything - not doing a pointless thing doesn't mean you're accepting the situation as is. You recommend the ineffective running against the concrete wall that is reporting cheaters to the 2K Support, that hasn't improved the cheating situation the slightest bit in the last 5 years - it's been pointless and a waste of time so far. I also remember how you introduced yourself to us, what you told us what your job on the forums was and that you didn't own any NBA 2K games nor have played any.
Well, I remember your profile from when you joined the NBA 2K forums on Steam and it wasn't set to private. It doesn't matter how long you the situation has been going on, if you give up on something happening to improve things, then there's no point in complaining, is there? #Nba 2k15 demigod glitch software#
Has Visual Concepts or 2K done anything about it on PC in the last 5 years? Are there any admins? Is there an anti-cheat software preventing online cheating and allowing us normal players to enjoy a competitive game as you might expect for a AAA priced game? yet those same guys from NBA 2K15 are still cheating online in today's game, most of them playing with the same steam account and because of the fact that they are still around, more and more are encouraged to do the same in order to be "competitive" since there are no repercussions to their actions. Over the last 5 years, from NBA 2K15 till NBA 2K20, people have made countless threads about online cheaters in several forums, anti-cheat online-petitions, sent in tickets with screenshots, videos including lists with cheaters their steam-id and written about it on thousands of steam reviews and so on. The moment you don't, then you're accepting the situation as it is." is closer to an insult than anything else.
Saying something like "In my opinion, always report to 2K Support. All you care about is doing your job here which is keeping order in the forums. Zeokage, you're a steam moderator that doesnt play or care much about the game. “Ohhh don’t ban us or the game will die” please… Just think of the new blood that would be at the park if the cheating problem was addressed, I know at least 17 people who would get the game and play if they just made that one fix and I know I’m not the only one who knows people like that. To me that’s just a lame excuse that people (mostly cheaters) use to validate their actions and to scare anyone who thinks that this problem should be dealt with. I highly doubt that all of them would leave the game completely just because they can’t use their cheats. Not to mention if these cheaters were forced to play legit most of them would. For every cheater that they ban theirs another 2 legit players waiting in the wings to take their spot. Or how about the numerous negative reviews regarding cheaters that would be gone if this problem was fixed. I don’t think that’s a valid excuse man, do you know how many people ask me on my friends list if they should get the game? I tell them all to stay away because of the cheaters alone.
